The hotel had a nice location with a pleasant staff, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, we faced issues with the smell in our pet-friendly room and the shower did not seal properly, leading to drips all night. Not the best experience overall.

The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, making sure our family felt welcome. We appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere, as we traveled with our furry friend. Everything was clean and well-maintained, allowing for a relaxing stay during our trip.
My wife says that the pool area could use more shade options for families.

Good stay with a few hiccups
Had a decent time, rooms were clean and updated. The staff was really friendly, especially Delise at the front desk—she’s a gem! Only bummer was the towel situation. I kept having to ask for washcloths. Overall, it’s a chill spot for a family trip.

The front desk staff at Sleep Inn in Charlotte impressed me with their friendliness, especially Nora and Delise. They greeted me warmly and made sure I felt welcomed after my long drive. My room was spotless, and the bed was super comfortable with cozy pillows. The water pressure in the shower was great, which felt refreshing. However, the pillows could have been a bit firmer for better neck support. Another downside was the noise from the hallways, which occasionally disrupted my sleep. The hotel was convenient to nearby shops and restaurants, making it easy to grab meals. Overall, a lovely place to stay with room for enhancement in pillow support and soundproofing.
