the employees here were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home, and I loved that I could easily stroll to Squirrel Lake Park and enjoy the green spaces nearby after a long day of exploring the city.

The hotel had a nice location with a pleasant staff, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, we faced issues with the smell in our pet-friendly room and the shower did not seal properly, leading to drips all night. Not the best experience overall.

Had a decent time, rooms were clean and updated. The staff was really friendly, especially Delise at the front desk—she’s a gem! Only bummer was the towel situation. I kept having to ask for washcloths. Overall, it’s a chill spot for a family trip.

Request a room on a higher floor to enjoy better views and a quieter experience away from any noise.
